This 6-8-week workshop will help you create an internal map to navigate out of the destructive thoughts and feelings that have been plaguing you from your early years into a place of inner peace that is birthed out of a knowledge of God's TRUTH.

Skills Workshops are offered in a group setting with an average of 8-10 participants including a certified TRR Facilitator. To register for an Identity Skills Workshop, you must have already completed a MenSkills Workshop. Identity Skills Workshops are offered for men and women separately.
